I booked Godiva Travel to transport the guests at my wedding from the hotel to the register office and back. Communication was great from beginning to end and the driver couldn't do enough for his passengers, which included jokes and a sense of humour! Many thanks for your excellent customer service.
This is the 2nd time I've used Godiva Travel for coach hire. Excellent customer service from both reservation staff and drivers. I wouldn't look to go anywhere else now.

We booked Godiva for a large group airport transfer, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The pricing was extremely competitive compared with other local providers. The vehicle was new, clean, and comfortable, and the drivers were well-presented and highly professional. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. I would highly recommend Godiva and we will certainly be using their services again for future group activities.

The service was amazing from the get go, I called up and the lady on the phone was very patient and helped me answer every question I had. I felt reassured that she knew exactly what I wanted and that I was in good hands. The communication from the team also really put me at ease, I had booking confirmations and received the driver contact details just in case! Paula our driver was amazing! We all felt so safe with her and it really was service with a smile. She was so professional the whole time - even as we were stressing about a slight mix up! She took real care to load our belongings and to make sure we were comfortable too. Paula made all the difference for the morning of my wedding and I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond!! Paula you are a star!!

I recently booked a mini bus for a music festival. An excellent company. Very professional. The bus arrived early which was great. The bus was emaculate. The drivers were professional & nothing was too much trouble. Had booked return time but the weather got the better of us, rang the driver to see if he could pick us up 2 hours early which they did. Great service. Will definitely be a using Godiva Travel in the future & will recommend them to my friends & family.
Godiva coaches provides an excellent service. It was so clean and comfortable. We had Josh as our coach driver on our recent trip to Blackpool . He was so polite and professional and everyone enjoyed and felt comfortable with him . We will definitely be asking for him as our driver on our next trip
I recently booked a coach for Warwickshire to Twickenham and they were great. The quote was reasonable, the booking process was great the staff on the phone were helpful and nice. The coach was clean, comfortable and modern with USB charging facilities and tray tables. The driver Wayne was lovely and we had a great journey there and back.
I used Godiva Travel for a day trip to London a while back. The coach was spotless and driver Lewis was fantastic! Hopefully Godiva will run more day trips this summer. Their family tickets were incredible value.
Fantastic minibus service for daughters 18th birthday Beautiful black minibus. Made transporting the girls to their venue really special and great fun too. Driver Paula was amazing. Definitely recommend
I can't recommend Godiva highly enough. We had a trip booked to Chester Races on Friday 9th May for months but only a week before the company we had booked the coach with let us down!! I'm actually glad they did or I wouldn't have found Godiva and booked them for the 57 seat luxury coach. And wow, the coach was immaculate! The whole booking process was extremely easy and the communication was second to none from start to finish. I do have to give a special mention and say a big thank you to Lewis the driver who was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, so welcoming, polite and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Sorry about the singing on the way back :-) He made a fantastic day even better! P.S. I hope you liked the sunglasses...... Haha

I recently (22/07/25) hire a coach for a family event. The Driver( Steven and Lewis) was very helpful and vey kind person. He made my trip so amazing that I don't have the word to praise his service. I personally want to praise the whole team of the Godiva Travel to make me feel so comfortable and easy from the start, to process the booking and help me in every stage.The modern air-conditioned coaches were well received by all the guests. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to others.
Hired coach from Birmingham Airport for sporting event. 1st class service from booking with Jamie to pick up with Wayne and return with Sean. Picked up from airport when arrived as agreed and return journey was on time also giving a stress free journey to airport. Coach was clean and comfortable and all details of drivers given before journeys and communicating with drivers was quick and prompt.
We have used Godiva Coach Company for two consecutive years, and their service has been exceptional on all occasions. They were incredibly accommodating, fulfilling our requirements within a short timeframe. The coach itself was luxurious and comfortable, making our journey to and from London highly enjoyable. Brilliant service provided by the company and the driver, Paula. We only utilised the service for two relatively short journeys but everything was on time, the bus was sparkling clean and our youngsters appreciated the experience.
Travelling with Godiva Travel was great. They were very easy to deal with from the booking to the actual day of travel. The vehicle arrived on time and everything we asked for was provided in a clean and tidy minibus. The driver Alex was really friendly and and accommodating. I would highly recommend.
