The service was amazing from the get go, I called up and the lady on the phone was very patient and helped me answer every question I had. I felt reassured that she knew exactly what I wanted and that I was in good hands.\n\nThe communication from the team also really put me at ease, I had booking confirmations and received the driver contact details just in case!\n\nPaula our driver was amazing! We all felt so safe with her and it really was service with a smile. She was so professional the whole time - even as we were stressing about a slight mix up! Godiva coaches provides an excellent service. It was so clean and comfortable. We had Josh as our coach driver on our recent trip to Blackpool . He was so polite and professional and everyone enjoyed and felt comfortable with him . I recently booked a coach for Warwickshire to Twickenham and they were great. The quote was reasonable, the booking process was great the staff on the phone were helpful and nice. The coach was clean, comfortable and modern with USB charging facilities and tray tables. I can't recommend Godiva highly enough. We had a trip booked to Chester Races on Friday 9th May for months but only a week before the company we had booked the coach with let us down!! I'm actually glad they did or I wouldn't have found Godiva and booked them for the 57 seat luxury coach. And wow, the coach was immaculate! The whole booking process was extremely easy and the communication was second to none from start to finish.\n\nI do have to give a special mention and say a big thank you to Lewis the driver who was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, so welcoming, polite and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. He made my trip so amazing that I don't have the word to praise his service. Hired coach from Birmingham Airport for sporting event. 1st class service from booking with Jamie to pick up with Wayne and return with Sean. Picked up from airport when arrived as agreed and return journey was on time also giving a stress free journey to airport.
